Training Rules.

In order to avoid people adding new jutsus and using them, after they have been approved. We have decided to set up a training program, in order for people to obtain these jutsus. We can either type a certain amount of paragraphs. Or do it by real life days. For example, a B-rank jutsu may take up to 3 real life days of role-playing. It may seem long, but take into consideration, that we all have personal lives. I should also let everyone know, that A and S-rank jutsus are forbidden to Genins. And Chunnins may only learn one or two of these.

I believe it should be done on a paragrah manner but have a time limit for the training as in 3 real life days or summin like that and it should have a minimum of 25 posts from both learner and teacher. Also the posts whould be 3 paragrhs long for details so teh learner can understand what to do and likewise for teh learner so that teh teacher understands that you are getting it and understands how your porgression is going.

Yea I voted for the paragraphs one. Like the rough draft Itachi made looked nigh-perfect to me. Maybe just a little bit of editing then it should be legit.

I voted for the rl days,its a bit easier then the paragraph system but I LOVE the way renjiro said it.Anyways after three days just think howmany paragraphs you have done.But there should be sumthin like how Itachi had it when he had the paragraph thing up.AS-Genin have so many days to learn certain ranks of jutsu Chunin/ANBU/Jounin/Missing Ninja have so many days to learn certain rank jutsu and Kages/Akatsuki have so many days to learn jutsu

yeah i'm ok with the paragraph rules i think it puts a limit on people creating a new jutsu everyday. I also think there should be rules of how many jutsu you can have as well.
