Genjutsu Info

Here is some info about genjutsu, i made this because alot of people don't know or don't remeber this, even i some time ago didn't remembered, genjutsu of all ninja main arts (taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu) is by far the hardest to master or even use for that matter the need for high chakra control and persicion must be enourmous, have you ever seen a genin or even a chunnin use a weak\medium strength genjutsu? No!, becasue it's very hard to use and "dispel".
The only ones we see using genjutsu are mostly jounin and anbu, at best only chunnin can use some medium weak genjutsu, and here i see genins and even academy students not only using strong genjutsu but also dispeling them like whims and having weapons that could easely dispel them, so i say genjutsu use only for chunnin and above at the very least.
