The "Fire dome jutsu" would have to be at least B-rank. And please give some more details about the jutsu.

You may want to edit the "Fire wave jutsus". Especially the distance in which the jutsu travels. This is the basic Naruto distance (0~5m) (5~10m) (10m+).

Flaming Lotus Jutsu. Would require a lot of strength to kick someone. 100 meters into the air. Perhaps this would help you to gauge the distance. (0~5m) (5~10m) (10m+).
