Definition: This jutsu will circle Ket with a swirling vortex of fire that can melt kunai, shurikens, and other lesser weapons.

Name: Thunder Current

Element: Lightning
Definition: Ket will build up lightning affinity chakra in both of his hands. The lightning will form round electrical currents in his hands and then he will blast them at his opponents.


Special Characteristics: Fur is made of an unknown powerful material that can be manipulated by Lugia, and he can walk on air allowing him to some what, fly.

Definition:
Lugia will roar a very devastating roar unleashing shadows from his
mouth. The shadows will surround the opponent to where he will not be
able to see incoming attacks, or blasts. This jutsu works as a Genjutsu
however and if the opponent were to injure themselves, use the jutsu
Kai(Release), or possess the three tomoe sharingan, they can cancel
this jutsu. This jutsu uses a powerful amount of chakra, and almost
all. The only way to actually use it and survive, is if Lugia were to
be given a soldier pill.

Sonic Roar

Definition:
Lugia will build up a powerful amount of chakra in his mouth and
unleash it in a giant roar that will blow the enemy, and the
surrounding area away. It widens the further it goes, and will go about
30 yards.

and since my character is a taijutsu specialist, can he have hte 8 inner gates?

	[1] Kaimon (Opening Gate) Releases the brains restraints allowing full power usage of the body's muscles. This is opened to prepare the body to use Omote Renge. This gate is located in the head.
	[2] Kyuumon (Rest Gate) Raises stamina and assists in recovery after being weakened. This gate is located in the head.
	[3] Seimon (Life Gate) Body enters Ura Renge phase, turning their body a shade of red. This gate is located along the spine.[
	[4] Shoumon (Wound Gate) Further increases speed and power, usage will begin to tear the body's muscles. This gate is located along the spine.
	[5] Tomon (Limit Gate) Further increases speed and power. This gate is located along the spine.
	[6] Keimon (View Gate) Further increases speed and power, body becomes able to use Asakujaku technique. This gate is located along the spine.
	[7] Kyoumon (Wonder Gate) Further increases speed and power. This gate is located along the spine.
	[8] Shimon (Death Gate) Further increases speed and power, body attains Hokage-level power at the cost of their own life. This gate is located at the heart.
