Jutsu' etc Rules

-This rule applies to everyone, including me..... when a player creates a character profile and creates, jutsu, and certain customized weapons, the other players can't ever use the same techniques developed by a player previously, and if you do want to use only with the original developer permission, hence all techniques that weren't used in the naruto series(which are free to all) are under reserved rights of the original author.

-If you make an Jutsu you must train it before using it.If you are cought useing a jutsu that you creat and did'nt train it you'll be on a week banned we are very stricted about this so you would no otherwise not to Break them.
